Return Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid lifestyle habit support programmes from Beautyhip (Auckland studio and online delivery within New Zealand).

2. Cooling-off and cancellation

Cancel at least 14 days before your start date for a full refund of programme fees paid to us, minus any third-party costs disclosed at booking. Within 14 days, we may offer credit toward a later cohort.

3. After the programme starts

Fees for completed weeks are not refundable. Remaining sessions may be credited for documented illness or relocation—we assess case by case in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

4. Rescheduling

Reschedule one-on-one sessions with 48 hours notice (NZST) at no charge. Late cancellations may forfeit that session.

5. If services fail guarantees

Where the CGA applies and our service did not meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. Contact us first; see Consumer information.

6. Digital materials

Downloadable guides are non-refundable once accessed unless not as described or faulty under New Zealand law.

7. How to request

Email connect@beautyhip.world with your name, booking reference, and request. We respond within 10 business days (NZST).
